This training program continues to develop a trusting relationship with your dog so you can take them anywhere. This class meets at different public locations each week. The main focus is off-leash control with your dog with high levels of distraction.

This training program is governed by the American Kennel Club and there are 10 tests your dog must successfully complete before being awarded the Canine Good Citizen certification.
This course is designed to recognize dogs who have good manners at home and in their community
Clients assume full responsibility for attending classes for which they sign-up, not including those cancelled by The Inner Wag. The availability of make-up classes is not guaranteed.
The Inner Wag tries to be reasonable as possible with regards to refunds. We understand that things change. However, when you sign-up for a class you are reserving a spot; one that cannot be filled after class has started. Full refunds will be granted if you cancel 72 hours or more prior to the first class meeting.
We will offer a partial refund if you cancel after the first class meeting.
Credit only will be available toward other services if you drop out after attending more than one class. You are not considered having dropped the class until and unless you contact The Inner Wag directly informing us of your intent.
This training program will further both the owner and the dogs and will enable you to develop a trusting and easy relationship with your dog so you can take them anywhere. The main focus is to gain control in settings with high levels of distraction, distance control, duration, doorway manners, out of sight and amongst other dogs.
Our course continues to build a solid foundation of basic behaviors. Untrained adolescent and adult dogs can become easily distracted by their environment, which is why it's important to work on coming when called, leash-pulling, and impulse-control exercises like "stay", "leave-it", and "sit".
Our course is a great introduction to simple cues and basic manners, using hand signals, verbal cues and loose leash walking to set a foundation.
Jennifer works with your puppy's natural inclination to stay near you, teaching potentially lifesaving cues like coming when called.
This is a challenging class for both the owners and the dogs, but the rewards are great. Dogs must have completed basic and beginner courses already.
Dogs are teenagers too! Now is the time when your dog will test his boundaries and maybe even push your buttons.
You've got a new puppy and what that puppy learns during the time between 8 and 16 weeks of age is going to play a major role in what kind of adult dog you will have.
This training program is suited to address the specific issue of walking politely on a leash. This designed for all levels, weather your dog pulls or just needs some additional work. Classes to dates to be announced.
This one hour seminar focuses on a specific behavior and sets you on the course for a happy pet and owner.
This is a challenging class for both the owners and the dogs, but the rewards are great. Dogs must have completed an intermediate course already and passed the AKC CGC Test.
